Do You See Now

Personal Coaching by
Marne Traasdahl

A little about me: My husband and I have been on an amazing journey for over 30 years and have learned so much from each other and our four sons, which includes one set of twins.  Watching my family grow has been full of major confetti moments! I’ve also been there to pick up the pieces when all that was on the ground seemed to be frustration, disappointments, and pain.  Yep, this life is full of both ups and downs and I’m excited to teach women how to work through it all!

Additionally I am an entrepreneur, who has enjoyed floral design and freelance work for the past 20 years.  I’m a Christmas lover! Decorating for Christmas starting in August is not a problem for me.  In Coaching, my artistry also includes arranging words to help clients recognize where they stand now and help get them to where they want to be.  I joy in the work of shaping hearts and helping the spiritual eye to see more clearly.  I delight in writing, public speaking, podcasting, and singing with EVMCO.  I will always pick traveling with my family as my #1 favorite activity.  I adore spending time with them.  I enjoy nature, all Izzy drinks, Sees Chocolate, Sunsets at the beach, clouds in the sky and inviting others to smile.  I was raised in Arizona and love my sunshine (minus July and August.) I feel most inspired in the mornings before and during the sunrise and when I see people sharing kindness.  My favorite mantra is “I can!” In other words, “With God nothing is impossible.”

Mentoring those who are open to change and healing is a passion of mine.  You’ve met me, now I look forward to meeting you!

What makes you different from other Life Coaches?

What’s great about working with me is I share from my vast vault of Marne-isms.  I have many years of real-life experience to draw from and genuinely understand the purpose of pain and opposition.  I teach how it can be used for good instead of slow us down or destroy us.  If you’ve bumped into the feeling of not being good enough, perfectionism, peer ridicule, comparison, grief, guilt, suffering, addiction, anxiety, depression, and the list goes on — I get it.  My mentoring practice can assist you in overcoming self-created and other-created-obstacles.

I have spent years seeking answers on how to help my family, self and others ‘feel better’ and now as a Mentor and Personal Coach successfully teach basic principles of how the brain works, the psychology of emotion, and how to access light and truth to a higher degree.

Last but not least, I have a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Arizona State University and have always been fascinated with the dynamics of communication which includes self-talk.  As a lifelong Christian and Intuitive Coach, I believe God is the one that knows us best and I use a Christian perspective in my practice.  I invite those I work with to embark upon a greater journey of light and better understanding of the Doctrine of Christ. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

I believe you are important and have unlimited potential!  That truly makes me a unique life coach in this day and age.
